British Oxford BioMedica Inc. declared its hopeful preliminary result of stage II test of Trovax bacterin used for kidney cell cancer, showing Trovax safe and durable, can induce strong anti-tumor immunity reaction against 5T4 tumor antigen.

This test is the research of evaluating public label of combining Trovax and IL-2. Patients inoculate five times of Trovax within 12 weeks and use four treatment periods of the highest dosage at most. Those patients show anti-tumor immunity will inoculate other three injections of Trovax. The main end point of the test is safety and immunity. The minor treatment effect end point includes tumor reaction, disease progress time and total existence rate. 25 patients will be employed for this test, and seven patients have been selected.
